I have a question that might be of interest, especially to those of you flying older paragliders. How do you handle replacing the lines when they are worn out, but the glider itself is still in good condition?
For example, is it better to replace all the lines at once, or do you only replace the most worn ones? What are your experiences with the availability of lines for older models?
I’m also curious if you prefer original lines from the manufacturer or use universal replacements. How do flight characteristics change when using lines from different manufacturers?
And what about the financial side? Is it worth replacing the lines, or is it better to invest in a new glider if the old one is nearing the end of its lifespan?
