Personally, I use BIG SHOCK bars and drink from a bottle with a tube in my backpack. I usually drink diluted juice. However, food during flights feels like a big routine. By the end of the season, I can't even look at another BIG SHOCK bar. Do you have any tips? Chocolate melts in the heat, and some bars are hard to chew.
